Andrea and Mark are brilliant hosts, they are friendly, down to earth and helpful. Everything is spotless, bright, comfortable and modern. They are located perfectly, being close to the shops, cafes, the Pier and beach, and only 10 minutes walk to the station. We will never stay anywhere else when visiting Llandudno.
Andrea and Mark are lovely hosts and we all enjoyed our stay here ( especially the ‘beer bell’) 🤣 the rooms are lovely and have every comfort, would definitely recommend Sheila, John, Nora and Wilf xxx
We booked for 2 nights but upon arrival fell in love with place and wanted to stay for longer - unfortunately but understandably fully booked. Friendly and welcoming hosts Mark & Andrea, beautiful guest house, lots of personal touches eg fan on in the room, cereal bars aswell as biscuits with tea/coffee facilities. Also fully licensed and very reasonably priced. Lovely seating area at the front too.
Very clean and comfortable stay. 10/10 on room, safety, location, hygiene. Will definitely be coming back and staying here again ☺️
The Rosedene is a lovely place to stay in Llandudno. Great hosts, accommodation comfortable and immaculate. Lots of great touches. Very central for the shops, both beaches, the Gt Orme but nice and quiet. Lots of great eating places within minutes. We will definitely return. Llandudno seems to have been revitalised over the past few years which is wonderful to see.
