If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! Everything about this establishment was amazing!! First of all, the owners are the most lovely people you could ever hope to meet; kind, friendly, always ready to help or assist should you need it, and to provide information about Llandudno and North Wales and give tips and advices on places to visit and things to do! They also have an adorable little dog you'll definitely fall in love with!! The guest house itself is just splendid! Perfect position, very close to the beach and the Pier and to shops/cafes/restaurants etc (they also collaborate with local businesses so that you can have discounts at different places). They have a lovely communal area where you can relax, read a book, watch TV, play board games or have a nice cuppa if the weather doesn't allow for many outdoor activities. Our room was perfect! And there is one thing in particular we want to write about (and the establishment in general); the level of cleanliness was absolutely incredibile!! We've been living in the UK for 8 years, and we visited many places, and we've NEVER found a room this clean anywhere! The carpet looked genuinely new, we had fresh towels and shower rug every day (and they smelled SO good, better than what you find at a Spa) and there wasn't even the tiniest trace of dust anywhere! They also left biscuits and sweet treats every day, that you could enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee in the comfort of your room. And the bed was super comfortable! They also put a lot of effort into the pre-stay communication, so that we knew exactly what to expect and how tings worked (for instance WiFi) before getting there. We can't recommend it enough and we'll surely be back!! Thank you for everything!

Absolutely the best place I’ve ever stayed!! Fantastic location, Andrea and Mark went above and beyond to provide a fantastic stay, immaculately clean, beautiful decor, luxury bedding, tea and Nespresso coffee in room with daily snacks, beautiful lounge to rest and relax with tea, coffee, drinks, play games, do a jigsaw puzzle, or visit with other guests, beautiful garden to sit and enjoy the day and evening with tea, coffee, wine, beer, and drinks, and visit with old and new friends. Andrea and Mark have great knowledge of the area and where to go for sightseeing or find a great meal. Andrea and Mark’s attention to each and every detail makes Rosedene an incredible choice!!

A amazing stay at the rosedene guest house andrea and mark are super friendly host they make your stay so relaxing, the rooms are lovely beds are really comfortable, close to bars and restaurants two minutes to the promarde. this is our second stay here and we will definitely be back. We had a lovely stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and the bed and pillows were really cosy. Mark and Andrew were incredibly friendly, showed us nearby attractions, and even gave a small gift to my daughter — she was over the moon. The location is great, with many places within walking distance, and we were lucky to get a free parking spot right outside.

A lovely guest house, beautiful bedroom. A warm welcome from Andrea when we arrived she explained the layout of the guest house and shows us our room. Andrea offered to sort out taxi and any restaurant reservations we might need. The guest house is just a couple of minutes from the beach so its location is perfect. Our room was at the front on the guest house but the street was quiet so no problem with sleeping. We would recommend

We had a lovely stay and were genuinely impressed. The room was spotless, with lots of thoughtful little touches that made it feel welcoming. Every day coffee cups were filled with cookies and biscuits, which was such a nice surprise. The whole place was exceptionally clean. Even the carpet on the landing looked immaculate, honestly, the cleanest I’ve ever seen in this kind of accommodation. The decor was lovely, and there was fresh cold water in the fridge every day for guests, which was really appreciated. The small toiletries provided were another thoughtful touch. Everything showed real attention to detail and care. I’m not easily impressed, but this place definitely exceeded my expectations. I will happily stay here again and highly recommend it. Grace &Kev

We had a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome and nothing was ever too much trouble. The attention to detail really stood out, especially how spotlessly clean everything was throughout our stay. A warm, friendly atmosphere and excellent hospitality — we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it!

Just back from a 5 night stay couldnt fault anything ,the room was so clean and had everything we needed .Andrea & Mark are so lovely & nothing to much trouble even had a bell to call for drinks in the lounge .Would reccommend staying here and would stay again thankyou both x

The most welcoming hosts you'll ever find! Was our first visit to Llandudno and we're glad we stayed at the Rose Dene 🥰 Our stay was very comfortable and extremely clean. They supply everything from towels, linen (changed daily) down to the most important way to start the day.. a decent cuppa!! Few minutes walk for all amenities.. and of course the beach. If you get a chance to go on the cable cars please do! The view is immense at the top 🥰 Definitely looking to stay again for longer and might even take the kids 😂 Thanks again xx ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
