What a lovely hotel!! Mark and Andrea were lovely and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean. Hotel is in a great location. We'll definitely be visiting here again!

Fabulous host and beautiful hotel. The hotel is immaculately clean throughout. My room was perfect, enough cupboard and wardrobe space, with plenty of hangers 👍. Warm bathroom, great little shower. Bin in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and had lovely modern bedding. My room was at the front of the property and it was very quiet. Tea, coffee and biscuits were provided and replenished. They have a lounge on the ground floor, where you can eat your takeaways, they provide plates for this. Also tea and coffee is available, plus a fridge with bottles of water. Guests can also order alcoholic drinks from a menu via a ring 'bar bell'. The location of the Rosedene is ideal for the Great Orme, the tram, pier and promenade, plus the shops and eateries. The Rosedene is excellent value for money and I highly recommend it. I shall definitely be returning.

The Proprietors Andrea and Mark as hosts are wonderful. We have just stayed there . Four days, with family and friends . We all agreed that we would, without hesitation stay there again. They didn't do breakfast, but there are so many places to get breakfast in Llandudno, that it didn't even matter. It suited us better, in fact, because we could get up whenever we felt liked. The rooms, in fact, the whole place, was very clean and tidy. There is a decent sized lounge, with a large T.V, there is even a beer bell, that you can ring for a drink, whenever you feel like one, or two...at reasonable prices. Recommended? Yes, definitely

A real gem in Llandudno. Mark & Andrea are lovely and welcoming hosts and made our stay all the more enjoyable. Their wonderful property is ideally located in the heart of everything and is immaculately clean. Will happily stay again.

What a lovely, cosy guesthouse. Spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Bed was so comfortable and bedding was clean, crisp and white. Breakfast isn't available, but there are plenty of cafes and other options near by. However, there is a lovely dining room that can be used by guests wishing to bring back take away food - Cutlery and crockery are supplied in the dining room. In the dining room there is also a huge TV, a stocked fridge, a comfy settee, books and games. A short walk to the centre of things (3/5 mins) Andrea and Mark are excellent hosts - friendly and helpful.
