5* from start to finish!! Amazing from start to finish!! We were actually not booked in here to start with but was left without anywhere to stay due to the disgusting hotel we had booked in for & wasn’t willing to stay there. When we asked in the Rosedene whether they had any vacancies we knew straight away how lovely & welcoming the couple who have this hotel were! From taking our cases up to the hotel room for us, to giving us coffee’s whilst we chat with them in the sunshine… both Mark & Andrea can’t do enough for their guests!! Honestly thankyou so much🩷 Definitely will be returning Xox

Short break at The Rosedene I stayed for 4 nights. The guest house is fairly close to the beach as well as to the shops and restaurants Everything was clean, modern and, most of all, comfortable The shower was easy to use and there was a large flat screen TV. Tea, coffee and biscuits were provided, with both a kettle and coffee machine. There was a guest lounge downstairs. I had all I needed and it was an enjoyable stay.

Fantastic Wonderful welcome, great hosts that treat you as friends,lovely accommodation, which is beautifully decorated and is spotlessly clean,breakfast is not included ,but the lie in is wonderful and you get loads of goodies in your room each day,you can park on the street no problem ,can't wait to visit again, keep doing what you are doing Andrea and mark xxxx

Rosedene Lovely residence..well cared for and immaculate Our room was lovely. Location is very central. We used the guest living room to enjoy our take away from the local Thai restaurant. Andrea and Mike welcomed us and were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would return to stay here.

Wonderful place to stay This is a lovely place to stay. Great room. Slept well in the spotless bedroom. Facilities are very well kept. Andrea and Mark are great hosts, well informed about the area, welcoming to all. The hotel.is not far from.the front at Llandudno, a short walk. I would highly recommend people to stay here.
