Another fantastic long weekend at the Rosedene, Andrea and Mark are wonderful hosts, cant do enough for you. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean plus beds are so comfy. We will be back. Cheers J & A

Llandudno is a very beautiful city and we are lucky we got to stay in this beautiful guest house. Beds comfortable, no noise, quite and peaceful. Very good location, most places at walking distance. Reasonable price. Host was a lovely couple who welcomed us and make our trip very special. Thanks. Highly recommended

Mark and Andrea are very accommodating, they really make you feel like you’re at home Lovely town and only 40 minutes away from Snowdon which made it easy to travel for hiking. Will stay again next time we visit and Thankyou both again for being so kind!

Amazing B&B, lovley friendly owners, exceptionally clean and modern rooms. Only 2 minute walk to the from. Will definitely stay again.
