Outstanding with customer care like no other. Came here a couple of weeks ago for a solo break. Unfortunately, a few days in to my break, I took ill and spent the rest of my time in bed. Mark and Andrea could not have done enough for me. Not only that, but since coming back, I have had daily texts checking in to see how I am. You just wouldn't get that anywhere else. Mark and Andrea have only taken the guesthouse over a year ago but are the ideal proprietors. They have brought such a warmth to the building, made positive changes and are extremely humble, genuine, sincere people. I can't wait to see how their journey develops and can't see myself staying anywhere else when in Llandudno. Sorry, I forgot to mention their beautiful little dog Oscar who I absolutely adore. I can't wait to go back. Thank you for all you do. Stay amazing and see you soon xx

From stepping through the Rosadene front door every thing was bob on Mark and Andrea are naturals as hoasts lovely accommodation my granddaughter loved it especially the breakfast the fruit platter nothing to much trouble. A well maintained period property. The land lady Andrea is an excellent host. Rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean. The location is excellent, adjacent to the town centre and a short few minutes walk from the promenade. We enjoyed our two nights stay there as a family.
