Spotlessly clean, pleasant and tasteful decor, warm and welcoming feel, great location and last but not least great hosts Andrea and Mark! The bathroom gets a special mention as it felt almost brand new. Loved the Rosedene and will not hesitate to return!!!!
We stayed at The Rosedene for one night in Llandudno and we were over the moon with our stay. The hotel is very central, only a short walk into town and it was very clean and tidy. The owners were very kind and helpful. We will definitely return when we go to Llandudno again, what a find!

Andrea and Mark are very nice hosts. Always prepared to answer our questions or a chat. Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Our room was nice and clean. Should we visit Llandudno again, we would love to stay there.
The Rosedene was recommended to us by a friend and this is our second stay there. The owners Mark and Andrea are really lovely and were very helpful when we needed suggestions on places to eat. It is the best Guest House we have ever stayed at. It was so lovely and bright, clean and modern. We will definitely go back there next time we visit Llandudno
