Our fourth visit—and it won’t be our last! The Rosedene is an absolute haven in Llandudno. Immaculately clean, peaceful, and perfectly located just a short walk from the seafront. Andrea and Mark are always so welcoming and thoughtful—it’s like visiting old friends. We always leave feeling rested and already planning our next stay.
Superb Guest House fabulous location This guest house is a treat I've stayed there four times and it's now my first Llandudno destination choice. The guest bedrooms are newly fitted out with high quality furnishings and lots of digital connections for mobiles etc. The location is exceptionally close for the pier and seafront with the shopping on the doorstep. There's a nice communal lounge and external sun terrace and being licensed a beer or soft drink is available. Rosedene is a fabulous home from home and I've recommended the guest house to my friends Architect and consultant doctor Spiteri's from Malta for a August vacation. So give it a try and then you'll be lime me going back!
Fantastic stay!! Myself and my friends had a wonderful stay at this lovely B&B. It's in a perfect spot, and our room was spotless, and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. Andrea and Mark were fantastic hosts—welcoming, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We’ll absolutely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Rosedene to others!

We were greeted with a very warm welcome by Andrea and our room was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower room was nicely sized with a great shower. We had fresh water, tea and coffee making provisions and plenty of biscuits The location is perfect! We will definitely return!
