Rosedene is a very clean and modern, tastefully decorated guest house with friendly hosts, Andrea and Mark. Definitely good value compared to other places. It's only a 3 minute walk to the seafront and even less to the main shops, restaurants and attractions. Although breakfast is not served here there are nearby cafes etc and tea, coffee, biscuits and water were always available in the room or lounge. It felt more like a hotel than a guest house for good reasons and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The Rosedene exceeded our expectations - from the start - we were met outside and welcomed by Andrea - the hotel was immaculate, spotless and finished to a high standard. Andrea and Mark were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely and bright and newly refurbed to a high standard. It is situated really near to all Llandudno has to offer but was quiet and peaceful at night time. Really enjoyed our stay and have recommended to family and friends, it will definitely be our go to place for trips to Llandudno

Reading other reviews I fully agree. This something special indeed. We were helped to discover and enjoy our first visit to Llandudno. The standards and welcome are of the highest quality. Location is ideal , the town centre Is accessible yet the short walk from the centre means it is totally quiet.

Absolutely incredible place to stay. Clean, comfortable, modern, friendly and homely. Mark and Andrea made us feel so welcome and treated us like VIPs. We had such a fantastic stay and we will not be staying anywhere else in Llandudno, The Rosedene is our new go to place. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it - you won’t regret it! I honestly cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you both for a fantastic stay! X

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay at The Rosedene! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Rosedene in Llandudno. The location is ideal – just a short 2-minute walk to cafes, bars, and restaurants, under 5 minutes to the seafront, and about 7 minutes to the tram – all while being tucked away on a peaceful street away from the hustle and bustle. Andrea, the hostess, and her husband were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area, offering great tips and a warm welcome. Although the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, it wasn’t an issue at all with so many nearby options. Andrea and her husband went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even providing vegan milk and delicious vegan treats in our room – such a thoughtful and personal touch! The hotel itself is immaculate, beautifully combining traditional charm with tasteful, modern décor. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the bed gave us a perfect night's sleep. Free street parking was another bonus. We would highly recommend The Rosedene to anyone visiting Llandudno – in fact, we’ve already shared the details with friends and family. Can’t wait to return!
